HOW DO I START?
Browse our website to decide what items you like. Add these items to your cart to receive a quote along with a payment link to reserve items as well as our services, if needed.
***Please note that items nor services are reserved until your payment is received.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO RESERVE ITEMS & SERVICES?
We recommend finalizing your reservation as soon as possible to remove your rentals from inventory on your date.
CAN I SEE ITEMS IN PERSON?
Absolutely! Our showroom is open by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule you visit.
HOW DO I RESERVE ITEMS?
Your items are reserved once the you have signed the rental contract and made the required initial payment.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we do offer delivery services for an additional cost.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
We are located in Fort Myers, FL. We mainly deliver within the 10 counties of the SWFL District.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Quantities based on guest count can be adjusted (ie: centerpieces, chairs, napkins). We need your final guest count 30 days before your event.
Once your final payment is made, 30 days before your event, we cannot make any more changes to your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Payments are non-refundable.
